1 Acceptance of Terms

By accessing, registering on, or otherwise using the phswin platform — including its website, mobile browser interface, games, sportsbook, and all associated services — you ("the Player", "you", "your") unconditionally agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions ("Terms"), as well as all supplementary policies incorporated herein by reference, including but not limited to the phswin Privacy Policy, Responsible Gaming Policy, and individual game or promotion rules.

If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must immediately cease use of the phswin platform and, if applicable, close your account in accordance with Section 3 of these Terms. Continued use of phswin following publication of updated Terms constitutes your acceptance of those updates.

2 Eligibility Requirements

To register and maintain an account on phswin, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at the time of registration and at all times during which your account remains active:

• You must be at least 21 years of age, in accordance with the minimum age requirement for online gaming participation under applicable Philippine gaming regulations.
• You must be a natural person and not a corporation, partnership, trust, or other legal entity.
• You must be legally permitted under the laws of your jurisdiction to participate in online gaming and sports betting activities.
• You must not be a current employee, contractor, director, officer, or immediate family member of an employee of phswin or any of its affiliated companies, technology providers, or game content suppliers.
• You must not be a resident of or physically located within any jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited by applicable law at the time of play.
• You must not currently be subject to any self-exclusion order or voluntary exclusion agreement in connection with phswin or any other gaming platform.

phswin reserves the right to request proof of eligibility at any time. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within a reasonable timeframe may result in suspension or permanent closure of your account and forfeiture of any pending withdrawals arising from ineligible play.

3 Account Registration

3.1 One Account Per Player

Each individual player is permitted to hold one (1) active phswin account at any time. The creation of multiple accounts — whether using the same or different personal details, payment methods, devices, or IP addresses — constitutes a material breach of these Terms and will result in the closure of all associated accounts and forfeiture of all balances and bonuses therein.

3.2 Accuracy of Information

You are required to provide accurate, complete, and current information during the registration process and to update your account profile promptly in the event of any changes to your personal details. phswin will not be liable for any loss arising from your failure to maintain accurate account information.

3.3 Account Verification (KYC)

phswin operates a Know Your Customer ("KYC") verification process consistent with Philippine gaming compliance standards. Before processing any withdrawal, phswin may require you to submit one or more of the following documents:

• A valid Philippine government-issued photo identification (PhilSys national ID, passport, UMID, SSS card, driver's license, or PRC ID)
• Proof of address dated within the last three (3) months (utility bill, bank statement, or government correspondence)
• Proof of ownership of the payment method used to deposit (e.g., screenshot of GCash or PayMaya account showing your registered name)

Failure to complete KYC verification will result in the withholding of withdrawal requests until satisfactory documentation is received.

3.4 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of your phswin login credentials, including your username, password, and any two-factor authentication codes. You must notify phswin immediately upon becoming aware of any unauthorized access to or use of your account. phswin will not be liable for any loss resulting from unauthorized account access caused by your failure to adequately protect your credentials.

3.5 Account Closure

You may request the closure of your phswin account at any time by contacting customer support via live chat or email. Any verified balance remaining in your account at the time of closure will be processed for withdrawal to your designated payment method, subject to applicable KYC requirements having been satisfied.

4 Deposits and Withdrawals

4.1 Accepted Payment Methods

phswin currently accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via the following payment methods for Philippine players: GCash, PayMaya, BDO, BPI, and Metrobank bank transfer. All transactions on phswin are denominated in Philippine Pesos (PHP / ₱). phswin does not accept deposits from payment methods not registered in your name.

4.2 Minimum and Maximum Transactions

Minimum and maximum deposit and withdrawal limits apply per transaction and per time period. Specific limits are displayed within the phswin cashier interface and may vary by payment method. phswin reserves the right to amend transaction limits at any time with reasonable notice.

4.3 Withdrawal Processing

Withdrawal requests are subject to KYC verification being complete and no active bonus wagering requirements outstanding against your account balance. phswin targets withdrawal processing within the timeframes published in the cashier interface. GCash and PayMaya withdrawals are typically processed faster than bank transfer withdrawals. phswin is not liable for delays caused by payment service providers or third-party banking systems.

4.4 Anti-Money Laundering

phswin complies with applicable Philippine anti-money laundering ("AML") regulations. phswin reserves the right to conduct enhanced due diligence, delay, or refuse withdrawal requests where there is a reasonable suspicion of money laundering, fraud, or other financial crime. phswin may report suspicious transactions to the appropriate Philippine regulatory authorities in accordance with its legal obligations.

5 Bonuses and Promotions

5.1 General Bonus Terms

All bonuses, free bets, free spins, cashback offers, and other promotional incentives offered by phswin are subject to the specific terms and conditions published alongside each individual promotion. In the event of any conflict between a specific promotion's terms and these general Terms, the specific promotion terms shall prevail in relation to that promotion only.

5.2 Wagering Requirements

Most phswin bonuses are subject to wagering requirements — a specified multiple of the bonus amount (and in some cases the deposit amount) that must be wagered before any winnings derived from bonus funds can be withdrawn. Wagering requirements, applicable games, and contribution percentages are detailed in each promotion's individual terms.

5.3 Bonus Abuse

phswin actively monitors accounts for bonus abuse, including but not limited to: creating multiple accounts to claim the same bonus more than once, using low-risk or arbitrage betting strategies designed to meet wagering requirements with minimal risk, or any coordinated activity with other players for the purpose of bonus extraction. Where bonus abuse is detected, phswin reserves the right to void the relevant bonus and any associated winnings, and to suspend or permanently close the account.

5.4 Promotion Availability

phswin promotions are subject to change, withdrawal, or modification at any time without prior notice. Eligibility for specific promotions may be restricted by player tier, account age, payment method, or other criteria as determined by phswin at its sole discretion.

6 Betting Rules

All bets placed on phswin — whether in the casino, live dealer, bingo, slots, or sportsbook sections — are subject to the specific game rules and betting limits applicable to that game or event. By placing a bet, you confirm that you have read and understood the applicable rules and accept the outcome as final, subject to any dispute resolution procedure set out below.

6.1 Bet Acceptance

phswin reserves the right to refuse, limit, or void any bet at its discretion, including in circumstances where: a technical error has affected the odds or game outcome; a bet has been placed after the official start of an event; the bet constitutes an obvious error in pricing; or the bet is placed in violation of these Terms or any applicable game rules.

6.2 Technical Malfunctions

In the event of a technical malfunction, disconnection, or system failure during a game or betting event, phswin will endeavor to resolve the issue as quickly as possible and will apply the outcome that most fairly reflects the state of play at the time of the malfunction. phswin is not liable for losses incurred as a result of internet connectivity issues on the player's end.

6.3 Disputed Outcomes

If you wish to dispute the outcome of a game or wager, you must raise a formal complaint with phswin customer support within seventy-two (72) hours of the relevant event. Disputes raised outside this window may not be considered. phswin's decision on disputed outcomes, following internal review, shall be final and binding.

7 Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the phswin platform. Engaging in any of the following will constitute a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account suspension, permanent account closure, forfeiture of balances, and referral to law enforcement authorities where appropriate:

• Providing false, misleading, or incomplete information during registration or at any point during your use of phswin
• Registering or using an account if you are under 21 years of age
• Registering more than one account on phswin
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence tools to place bets, navigate the platform, or exploit any game mechanics
• Engaging in collusion with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any poker, table game, or other competitive format
• Exploiting bugs, glitches, or errors in the platform's software to generate credits, winnings, or any other unauthorized advantage
• Engaging in or facilitating money laundering, fraud, identity theft, or any other financial crime through your phswin account
• Attempting to reverse engineer, decompile, or otherwise tamper with phswin's software, RNG systems, or security infrastructure
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing phswin staff or other players through any communication channel
• Using a VPN, proxy, or other technology to circumvent geographic restrictions or obscure your true location

8 Responsible Gaming

phswin is committed to promoting responsible gaming and providing tools that allow players to maintain control over their gambling activity. The following responsible gaming tools are available to all phswin account holders at no cost and without requiring advance notice to customer support:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits on your account. Increases to deposit limits take effect after a 24-hour cooling-off period; decreases take effect immediately.
• Session Time Reminders: Configure notifications that alert you when you have been actively gaming for a specified duration.
• Cooling-Off Periods: Temporarily suspend your account for a period of 24 hours, 7 days, or 30 days. During a cooling-off period, you will not be able to log in, deposit, or wager on phswin.
• Self-Exclusion: Permanently or semi-permanently exclude yourself from phswin. Self-exclusion periods cannot be reversed before their expiry date — this is by design, to ensure the tool is genuinely effective.

9 Intellectual Property

All content on the phswin platform — including but not limited to software, source code, graphics, logos, trademarks, game assets, text, audio, video, user interface design, and the phswin brand name — is the exclusive property of phswin or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the phswin platform solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, publicly display, or create derivative works from any phswin content without the express prior written consent of phswin.

10 Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, phswin, its directors, officers, employees, affiliates, agents, and licensors shall not be liable to you for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of — or inability to use — the phswin platform, including losses arising from:

• Interruption or unavailability of the platform due to maintenance, technical failure, or circumstances beyond phswin's reasonable control
• Unauthorized access to your account due to your failure to maintain adequate credential security
• Decisions made in reliance on information displayed on the platform that is subject to technical error
• Any loss of winnings resulting from a void bet declared in accordance with these Terms

Nothing in these Terms shall limit phswin's liability for fraud, gross negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law. phswin's total aggregate liability to you in connection with any claim arising from these Terms shall not exceed the net deposits made by you to your phswin account in the thirty (30) days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

11 Privacy and Data

phswin collects, processes, stores, and uses your personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By registering on phswin, you consent to the collection and use of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy. You may review the Privacy Policy at any time by visiting phswin Privacy Policy.

phswin does not sell your personal data to third parties. Data is shared with regulated third-party service providers only to the extent necessary to deliver the phswin service — including payment processors, KYC verification providers, and fraud prevention systems — and in compliance with applicable Philippine data protection law.

12 Amendments to These Terms

phswin reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Where material changes are made, phswin will notify registered players via the email address associated with their account and/or through a prominent notice on the platform prior to the changes taking effect. The effective date of the current version of these Terms is stated at the top of this page.

Your continued use of the phswin platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to an amendment, you must stop using the platform and may request account closure in accordance with Section 3.5.

13 Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them — including non-contractual disputes or claims — shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

In the event of a dispute between you and phswin, both parties agree to first attempt resolution through good-faith negotiation. Disputes that cannot be resolved informally within thirty (30) days shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines.

phswin operates in accordance with applicable Philippine gaming regulations. Players who believe phswin has acted in a manner inconsistent with its regulatory obligations may direct complaints to the relevant Philippine gaming authority.
